Our continued growth and success have resulted in an exciting opportunity in the Sales organization. This opening is for a Director of Business Development, with a demonstrated track record of success. The ideal candidate will be located in Chicago or Atlanta. In this position you will be required to meet sales quota and contribute to company's growth by generating new revenue.
CRI is seeking sales professionals who will be responsible for generating new business through cold calls, prospecting, and relationship building.

Responsibilities include:
· Successful track record of selling to mid and large-sized companies
· The ability to effectively work with and present to “C” level and HR executives
· Demonstrated organizational and planning skills
· Ability to effectively work autonomously with minimal management direction
· Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively
· Ability and interest to travel and work self directed in a virtual environment
· Collaborating with Operations in the preparation and execution of individual sales strategies for CRI prospects
· Conducting needs analysis to fully understand the organizations staffing functions, processes, and key business drivers
· Positioning CRI’s value proposition as part of our overall business solution, linking these benefits back to the key business issues/drivers of the prospect or customer
· Preparing responses to RFP's, RFI's, and prospect inquiries
· Participating in seminars, trade shows, and other marketing activities in order to promote awareness of CRI and our solutions

Qualifications
· A minimum of 7 to 10 years of consultative sales experience within a Human Resource Services industry
· An understanding of complex business issues facing organizations.
· Solid technology skills including knowledge of internet research and contact management system – Goldmine a plus.
· Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
· Strong communication (verbal&written), analytical and consulting skills
· Bachelor’s Degree
