Because our client is looking for Salary Full-time people All Candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card Holders.Position Description: As part of a Variable Compensation System development initiative, work on a technical systems analysis team to analyze and design interfacing data and logic to a large compensation vendor package by holding the following responsibility set:�� Work on a team that is accountable for the realization of approximately 50 use cases into technical systems analysis specifications representing preprocessing, data migration, data integration, and post-processing functionality.�� Define supplementary technical requirements needed to support the business requirements.�� Partner with business analysis team to ensure adequacy of business requirements for use case realization.�� Accountable for the development and maintenance of data models for the operational data store and reporting datamart.�� Coordinate and conduct system analysis walkthroughs to business and technology partners.�� Actively participate in and support the technical application design process to ensure accurate translation of analysis specifications into technical design specifications.�� Define, estimate and plan systems analysis tasks; monitor and evaluate progress and results.�� Identify and escalate changes in scope or requirements affecting system requirements.�� Perform impact analysis during data modeling to determine potential impacts to interfacing applications and external partners.�� Collaborate with the Technical Quality Assurance team to achievedevelopment and execution of Acceptance, Integration and Performance Test Plans.
